Please note to release the car from Mombasa Port. Your agent there, AFA Forwarding Agency Limited is demanding USD 23.2 to release cargo to me yet I bought the car CFR Mombasa. I paid for the last car but I will not pay again. Please resolve this demand and also send the Push-start button that is missing in the car. I am very disappointed with your services so far as the issues are never resolved and no one had responded from 21/September /2023.

The seller is a con artist, he sent me a non drivable vehicle, the battery was dead and he knew it but did not communicate, the transmission had problems, ignition coils and plugs had problems too but never mentioned in the advertisement. I am really disappointed
