Not helpful the seller .I got all the documents but the emission report of the car still not received yet .Moore than 2 weeks and every time I call the seller after when I receive the car never apply by the message or by the phone always ignore me

Am abit disappointed about the seller because before i received the documents i reminded him of the locknut adapter but to my suprise the adapter was not sent to me upto now nothing has happened despite writing mails to him. 2. THE PANEL WHERE TO PUT THE MEMORY CARD FOR THE RADIO TO START PLAYING DOES NOT OPEN AND I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT IT. The seller did not send the car for almost a month. I bought it on February 2, received it on April 21. Audio system does not work, it is blocked. The seller does not know the code and not going to fix the problem. I have to buy a new audio system. It costs 500 euros. The air filter is so dirty, as if the car had not been serviced at all. I do not recommend buying from them. Only negative experiences left from the purchase. When you buying, they don't answer you if you ask for a discount.

•the car came without engine oil (if I didn't pay attention it would damage the engine, I don't know if there is an oil leak). • the board is full of cracks ( in the photos he doesn't show it). • the mirrors are with peeled paint ( in the photos he doesn't show it).

Thank you for your message. When we checked the condition of your car before shipment, there was no problem such as you told me. And if there is no engine oil, the car will be broken. Please ask the local shipping and clearing agent for this issue. I will ask our shipping agent in Japan too.
