Car is bad condition & way below our expectations. Front bumper is detached, has only one sensor(ignation), wheelspanner & jack hundle missing, left indicator damaged and non functional, shocks & tires worn out, dirty interior with cigarette burn,navigation dead. It's like a bad dream. Car check by tradecarview probably was not done at all. We suspected the dealer was mischievous & regrettably our suspicion has been confirmed.

The information from me as a buyer wasn't recognised, the vehicle was sent to Nairobi-Swaziland instead of Nairobi-Kenya with no inspection certificate which is needed in Kenya and now I have to go back and forth requesting for roadworthy certificate.

Dear The Bill of lading of the unit is done per Invoice, where the information is filled by customer and final destination was filled as Swaziland. And you have confirmed this Invoice and made Order. You have asked us to change the final destination after the shipment. It can not be changed once the ship is left Japan and original documents are sent to you already We hope you understand this situation Regards Avenue Corporation
