The TCV Business Development officer was very helpful and professional in addressing my concerns with the seller. TCV is a highly useful intermediary between the buyer and the seller. But they need to hold the funds until the seller takes delivery of the vehicle. There should be no limitation on how long TCV should hold the fund.

I was not pleased with my last purchase from this site. Seller sold me a faulty vehicle and never said anything(NBC Corporation). I like.honest business and if sellers arent honest through using this site i can not buy from here anymore.
