Your clearing agent Walmax based at Port Dar Es Salaam is not honest and worthy of a clearing agent. This company has never delivered my vehicle because their driver overturned with my vehicle and damaged it. This company refused to compensate me after damaging my vehicle. The vehicle is somewhere in Tanzania and it has never reached Zambia. I ended up giving up following up compensation for my vehicle after several engagements with their management.

We thank you deeply for your constant communications to us whilst we attempt to engage Walmax for a complete solution to this unfortunate circumstance. Whilst certain success was forthcoming (such as the police accident report), it is most frustrating that the final and complete solution is yet to be fulfilled on the part of Walmax. We have suspended all relations with Walmax as long as this case is unfulfilled.

The item was well received even though it did not have a panel between the driver door and windscreen. The vehicle needed lot of attention as it showed HDC,TC,ABS and circled S in the dashboard. The car doesn't have good take off and is shaking when driving under the speed of 100km per hour.

We very much appreciate your feedback. First and foremost, we are here to support your purchase. (1) The HDC, TC ABS is likely a loose electrical ground from the ABS module in the engine bay. (2) The "S" indicates "Sports Mode", which is likely the cause of the take off and vibrations. This can be turned off by the "S" button just behind the gear box. The seller did not tell me about engine oil leakage. Again the two sunroofs are leaking and I was not told about this. I personally think this was not fair because had I known about this, I would have chosen another Landrover. Now I have to fix the two sunroofs and attend to the engine oil leakage as well at my own additional costs.This to me is very unfair.
