I had very good service-Were very patient and helpful as i had many local issues after buying IT RE;permit issues They were very supportive in trying to help me-I however still didnt receive my CAR as shipping company still cant give me an ETA to DURBAN They moved the date from 28\09 2013 to 13\10 2013 and is now saying its not confirmed -I would use BINGO again for my next car- I hope the car gets to me soon and is in order-As for now THANK YOU MR YASAKA AND THE BINGO team for the support

The car was excellent,clean and better than what I expected. Communication was excellent especially with Mr. Hiroshi. However,on description I was a bite disappointed as in your description you put alloy reams but there were just ordinary reams. Otherwise good supplier,good customer relations and out of 10 I would give you 8. I would recommend even other buyers to buy from you. Thank you very much to Mr. Hiroshi and the team.

I didnt receive the extra jack to change the tyre and the car didnt do the maintenance becouse oils, belts and filters were boiled

As explained to the buyer, the vehicle's condition is acceptable because there was an inspection involved prior shipment. If the condition is as bad as mentioned by the buyer, we would not have passed the inspection. Regards to the missing jack, it was intact with the vehicle prior shipment. Regards to the shipment, we were uable to expedite the shipment as the seller delayed in providing us the require information which is required for the inspection. Thank you very much. BINGO-ATI.

The car I purchased was advertised as 2009 & invoiced accordingly, when the car arrived it was a 2007. The price I paid reflected the price for a 2009 car so I was very disappointed, getting compensation was difficult, stressful and time consuming with slow responses from the supplier and one non negotiable offer of USD $417. There are some great suppliers on tradecarview this is not one of them.

Though I am yet to collect my vehicle which is expected at the Dar-es-salaam port on the 16th April 2013, I can confirm with absolute sincerity that personnel at Bingo-ATI treated me extremely well with a lot of courtesy. The manager Mr. Hiroshi was superb and responded to all my queries promptly and clearly. I will not hesitate to recommend BINGO-ATI to others !! Cant wait to receive my vehicle in Zambia !!
