I purchased my vehicle on October 17th 2015. The vehicle was shipped on October 31st and I received my vehicle on December 10th 2015. The service I received was EXCELLENT. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle.

Despite my written request and their acknowledgement , my car was shipped on a date I had expressly asked them NOT to.....resulting in a tax penalty. They should have communicated openly about shipment plans instead of agreeing with my request and then without my knowledge,doing exactly what I asked them to avoid.Disappointed since I have bought 2 other cars from them before.

How satisfied with the Agent?:- 3 star, I did not give 5 stars to the item description because I found some paint faults in all doors handles and in the outside small mirror (front left). But it is a second hand vehicle! Every thing else is as described. Regards, Fernando
