because you refuse to refund my balance and you didn't translate the export cert to english wish going to cost additional money to translate. the seller not picking my calls and the car hasn't arrive yet.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. After making payment this guy is completely aloof. Documents sent via DHL to a different phone number. Decided to book the last possible ship, keeping me on edge as the car wouldn't have been allowed into Kenya had it just been a few hours later. Terrible terrible company and customer service. Zero recommendation. If you want to cry tears, go ahead.
