Im very disappointed with this company,I ordered an Audi A4 2011, they told me that car is flawless, there are no problems with the gearbox and engine, but i received the car painted from white to black,the clutch was finished,the gearbox not wotking properly.I want to recommend to everyone who wants to buy cars from this company to be very careful.

The car arrived safely without delay. However, the car had some defects. Check engine and ABS lights were on. The car shut off twice on the way to garage and gear changing was not smooth. After diagnosis, mechanic said oil pump and 3 wheel speed sensor are dead. Also gearbox need service. The defects are very expensive to fix and the car cannot run properly without fixing. This is not fair to the customer as the seller did not disclose the defects.

The sellers communication was good, but the mileage on the Audi had been reduced from 89Kms to 42kms. I found this out after buying the car, as I then had the VIN and could contact Audi Singapore who sent me a service history. I messaged the seller but they denied all knowledge. The car is great, so it's a shame this one thing happened. The other problem was a noticeable dent on the rear quarter that was not declared even though I asked about damage.

FALSE ADVERTISING. Seller provided a screen shot of a 100% clean diagnostic. However, it needs a new transmission and the suspension is faulty. The computer diagnostic run by my mechanic shows over half of the items are faulty. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from there. I also think the mileage was rolled back as it was marketed as having less than 50k km. This car is a lemon.

I tracked down the previous owner in Singapore through a Saab enthusiast group. I discovered the car's mileage has been clocked to less than half the true mileage and the service history thrown away to cover it up. When I raised with the dealer, they claimed to have no knowledge of this and offered nothing to remedy. Avoid avoid avoid.

Hi steven, i tracked back our conversation record. you have asked about the servicing record and i replied previous owner misplaced the servicing record but car was brought to workshop to check and conditions matches. And you said with that risk in mind you asked for a lower price which i accepted. Furthermore there was no evidence to support your claims i can file a lawsuit towards you. I have to say you are a total scumbag and please do not ruin other company reputation

The seller Laid about Documents for the Car, The seller provided documents are not accepted in the UK this not the first time he sold cars to UK therefore he should know documents from Singapore are not accepted in UK. also No service History doc's for the Car, seller stopped responding after car is delivered, did not help with any missing documents. Be Careful with this seller.

Do not spoil our reputation. first of all, we already provided whatever documents we can. we are totally unaware of the 10 years mark usually cars are not accepted after 10 years. All documents were sent to you, bill of lading deregistration certificate, technical certificate. such a terrible person

Pathetic vehicle sold. full of lies. the advert said the vehicle's mileage was only 55000km, asked for verification certificate of the odometer, promised initially but backed out at the eleventh hour. A year into driving the car, the hybrid battery died. got it checked by the hybrid specialist here in New Zealand and learned that this battery was repaired a few times, and that fact that it was a botched-up job.

The Car was received with multiple issues, damage body part, damage turbo, faulty headlamp, very little engine oil, damaged electronic steering rack, damage suspension, car would not pick up acceleration. SCAMPISH COMPANY! And they wouldn’t reply to my messages after the car was received.

Hi there, Received the car in poor condition with multiple issues. Brakes, interior trimming falling apart and issues mechanically. The repair cost itself will exceed the value of the vehicle unfortunately. Happy to speak to @Lay Auto Pte regarding these issues, if they would like to get in touch. Was also not told of the blistering on the paint and deep scratches.
