The seller sold me a vehicle that failed our Automobile Association(AA) compliance requirements, that required an additional NZD3000 of repairs. If the seller was based in New Zealand i would be able to make a claim against the seller for the repairs I still havent been able to clear the vehicle through customs as the seller didnt send the original documents, and the sellers signature hasnt been verified

I would not recommend this seller. Item received was not as described. Seller is not interested in providing customer service. Now that seller is made aware of this mistake, seller is silent on the matter. Edit. Seller does not show interest in compensating nor fixing mistake.

The vehicle failed service history here in the UK due to high emissions, which made me incur an additional cost of £100 for MOT. The vehicle looks abandoned, like it has been parked outside for a long time with so many rusty parts on the vehicle. Have spent almost £2,000 fixing the car, and yet it is not in good condition yet. PLEASE ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMER SHOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY (LAY AUTOS PTE LTD) BY ALL MEANS POSSIBLE. THEY ARE THE WORST SCUMBAG COMPANY THAT WANTS TO TARNISH TCV REPUTATION.

Hi sir i will sue you for defamation. the vehicle failed due to high emission? isnt it your duty to check it? how would the seller know. and i did not receive any message from you regarding the car. you are purchasing a 10 year old car. and the car i have sent its in good working condition (engine and gearbox ) if you are expecting a brand new vehicle standard kindly raise your budget.
