i get some troubles to get the car as inspection documents were missing

tHE saller was ok but the communication was poor.he fooled me with jevic inspection and charged me with jevic odometre.so plse next time make sure you advise the client properly so that they dont pay twice when the vehicle arrives here.am planninig to get another car so plse be careful. many thanx.

the car is ok except no spare tyre.the seller needs to improve on after sales service and communication.he delayed in sending original b/l .my friend had car on same ship but had papers weeks before mine and tracking thru dhl showed he sent them very late. i can only recommend him if he improves on deliverly of documents and communication.

Well I got my two cars on the exact week of arrival at the port. I am also impressed with the timely feedback on all communication and documentation delivery that came through DHL. I asked the seller to include inspection in the CIF and send me the inspection certificate, he charged me $200 for inspection and he never sent any inspection document,the JAAI inspection certificate was required in my country and I had to pay a penalty of $310 for not having the JAAI inspection, I spent $510 more to purchase this car, the service was the worst

I have received the vehicle in a good and perfect condition,but communication and delays in attending to clients mails,seem to be a problem.
