I was not satisfied with the service the supplier provided because he did not perform Inspection of the car contrary to of our agreement. I ended up paying penalty for this. Another thing is documents were shipped very late, documents received after the car arrived.

I finally received the car and I am impressed with the performance as well as the appearance despite some minor dents it came with.However I would have wished that the seller sends me a copy of the inspection certificate to present to our burea of standards to avoid being subjected to paying a penalty for inspection. Anyway, I do realise that I should have insisted and paid JEVIC because Zambia insists on it.I look forward to dealing with you again .Keep up the quality.
