Hi i received the car but it had plenty of problems. 1. Gearbox was not changing gears it was stuck in third 2. Airflow sensor was also malfunctioning car would not idle properly 3. The oxygen sensor was also dead it was not the best deal you gave me considering that the car was not in good condition. I know your reputation in Japan of denying everything when a customer complains because the car is already here.

Thank you for the evaluation. I am regretful. However, I think that evaluation is severe. The problem was not Japan. I think that I am the problem which arose after departure. I do not know when and where the state of the car worsened. Please evaluate once again. I did my best. It takes care at the time of the next dealings. I am waiting for your reappraisal.
