I bought a 2004 Toyota Vitz from Minori Trading. After I paid for the car they continued to have it for sale so I didn't know if it would ever arrive. The left side of the car had a lot of damage that I knew nothing about - I had to have one door fixed and one replaced along with a wing which cost me an additional €750. I got no Jevic inspection report and they only refunded the amount when forced to do so by Tradecarview. They are a disgrace to the good car dealers of Japan.

SELLER NOT DELIVERED THE DOCUMENT IN TIME

the unit that i received was not the same as the description on the paper and you have remove the pictures so i, i think you should have leave it for a while so that i can see it compare to it when i received it i sent you some pictures and you haven't reply my message about the damage of the unit.

The seller didn't ship the inspection certificate and I did communicate with the seller together with carview customer support to help me communicate with the seller to send me the inspection certificate but I didn't get the certificate so it cost me a lot a the time of clearing the vehicle from the port. The communication was good but the only disappointment was that the seller sent me a different vehicle thus I ordered a "manual" transmission vehicle even shown on photos but they sent me an "automatic" one and it is giving me a problem of high fuel consumption.If I had time I would rejected the item.The seller must be honest thinking how painful it is to lose money on an item which is not satisfying.
