It was a straight forward transaction.They were understanding even when I asked for more time to make my payment.I wasn't notified on the Automatic doors that they were not working.One thing I love about Alphards is the automatic doors. Makes it easier to operate the door and incase of selling it's what customers like and finished tyres behind. But everything else is fine. I loved how they made sure the car was shipped on time. I was very impressed.Fuel consumption is very good too.

- The car came with a non functioning right sliding door. - The car has a very big and costly problem with the push to start engine. - The car fails to start entirely. - The car has a non functioning left side mirror. -The car came with 2 ignitions. All these problems were to communicated to me. Very poor bad services from the seller.
