Only Clearing Agent was not providing information on time. For example clear tracking of the vessel after leaving the port and the date expected to arrive was not accurate. The vessel arrived 3 days before the date Agent promised and Agent was insisting the vessel will not arrive before his date. Some Agent's attendants have not good language to customers and they act as if they are there to favor customers lather than doing business to attract more customers.

He's a good seller and I give him/her 5 stars because he also responds in time, i recieved the vihacle in time without a problem.
