Item not so good as expected

They were really understandable and happy to answer my questions.

The car was in good condition.

The dealer tried his best but unfortunately he was way off the mark in regard to the state of wear of the car tyres. The rear tyres were ok but the front tyres were completely worn out. He had earlier indicated that the tyres were all about 50% used which was not true. Kindly insist that the dealers also show pictures of all the car tyres so that clients can assess their condition
