The seller needs to respond accurately and quickly to inquiries. He never answered questions in time and when he answered the response was not easy to understand. I seriously doubt if at all the salesmen understand English. Lack of understanding made me pay more for lack of inspection certificate required to clear my car. In short I found the seller lacked customer relationship acumen.

dear seller This unit I bought from you then arrival to Yangon port after 60 days my government claim because they said 60 days over at their ort government took my car. So, this car I will loose ready that is why I could not send to you my feed back. I could not take qickly from port I have had busy withone of my family my sister husband,hopitalized then pass away during that time. I am loose and so sad.

The car had some electrical problem like the hooter sound and brake light problems and it was over heating. All in all the car and the engine is in good condition.

To buy this unit from this seller was a lost. How can he ship the car when the GEARBOX is not working well and we discover other breakdowns PUMP, SENSOR and up to now mechanics are working on it and the vehicle is not ok and has never left Tanzania. I have already spent more than US Dollars 250 but this unit is nok OK. Regards, Alphonse hamici
