The seller didn't disclose the condition of the vehicle. Far too many problems notwithstanding the fact that it's a used car.

I have been charged inspection fee but inspection was not done i make enquiry for refund as i pay it locally but no response from TCV no seller. Its not a good company to work with as you fund will be at risk as no one is responsible for your loss in case of anything

The car had engine and battery problems. Very expensive to repairs and poor shock system . Couldn't recommend. Seller lied about pre inspection no spare tire no car jerk etc etc

The Vehicle reached with a number of defects. Delayed in sending the vehicle documents.

I received a vehicle with defects which the seller did not disclose. Boot not working, damaged wipers motor and the car reached in the rainy season so moving without wipers from the port was a hustle, windows right back and left front not working. No reverse camera

This transaction has been stressful and traumatic, emotionally and financially (more than $3016US out of pocket). Vechile purchase was falsely advertised. The Manager apologied for conveniences caused but still not willing to reimburse the funds I used to repair the Hyundai Veloster. Today 31/08/22 I contacted TVC for support and help. I was told, "We may not be able to solve the minor problems.Highly appreciate your understanding and thank you for your patience."

The seller paint the car but didn't make any mechanics réparation and didn't communicate me on the issue. So the car arrived with lot of mechanics issues and répaed it at around 50% of car CIF value. I complaint directly to him. I was abliged to sell it a loss. Thanks

transaction went well but sellers send a vehicle with a broken smart key sensor ,costs time in port of delivery and money to repair no compensation ,he made though its was tough to decide leave the vehicle or repair .oooh.
