They did not disclose that paint clear coat was failing and flaking off. I ended up having to paint the entire car at a cost of $5000 USD to get the car to look good enough to sell here in the USA. The rest of the car was nice but the paint was failing and I didnt know about it. Wish they would have told me about the paint issues.

Due to very poor communication I cannot even tell if the issue was just communication or the delayed shipping as well! Because, in reality nothing moved forward without constant follow, even in the moment I tried to be as patiet as possiple. For example, after shipping it took three weeks for the document to be sent without any response on my follow up emails that were sent after every week regarding the documents! Infact response came after writing to TCV and there made prompt intervention

Transaction was good, wish I knew about the clutch being bad before it was shipped to me. Now I have to pay for a new clutch kit, when I just paid 20k for the car. I put a 5 star for communication and seller shipping the car, 2 star for description of the celica. Looks like they were trying to push the car off on someone. And I WILL NOT buy another one from them.

Please forward my comment to (*** The URL has been deleted ***) The after market suspension on the car is terrible. The rear completely bottoms out on normal bumps on the road. This is not an adjustment. It requires new springs and maybe shocks.The car has OEM ground height because of adjustable shocks. I paid top dollar in the hopes that this would not happen. The car is not what we expected to get, We wanted toyota hilux made in japan but this is made in Thailand. some parts of the car are missing like the four-wheel knob is missing. inspection is yet to be done to determine the exact condition of this unit. It is sad the seller shows different item and delivers different item. We call for TCV to be vigilant about such suppliers as they detent the corporation image to some of us who have been with the corporation (tcv) for some time.

The seller was very slow in processing shipping of the vehicle. Secondly I was mentioned the car was 2019 but the car is 2018 manufactured, I felt disappointed for wrong information. Lastly when the car was received at Mombasa port tool kit was missing. Overall experience was not good.

Extremely dissatisfied with the seller as it took him over a month to have the vehicle inspected after I made the payment. It turned out the unit was not readily available at the inspection ground and seller's communication was not good at all. I had to engage TCV directly to let me know what was going on.

The rims and tyres were changed not the same as the ones on the pictures, as well I didnt get good help from seller when I reported the incident. I don't recommend this seller to anybody.
