Was highly impressed with the manner in which TVC handled this transations. TCV provided me with the details at each stage, receipt of payment, delivery, and arrival of the unit in Dar es Salaam. Delivery was quicker than I expected.

The unit had several mechanical , electronic and interior damages. We had to spend USD 1,200 and requested seller compensate us USD 550 which was rejected. Because the seller was not cooperative despite supplying them evidences of damages over WHATSAPP (as they requested) so we decided to close the matter accepting their offer USD 250 . We do not recommend neither this Seller nor any vehicle from Singapore as the quality and reliability is poor and not worthy of reliance or trust.

Your so call evidence are photos and video showing only parts which are already removed. This is no way to prove that these parts belong to the same car. The other video which can prove the abs sensor issue which we already compensate you and you accepted it. Our company will be responsible for claims which are legitimate and not false claims by just sending pictures of some parts lying around and claim to be from our car.

Seller lied about vehicle condition. Arrived and would not start. Multiple electrical issues, no oil showing on dipstick, power steering belt was shredded in pieces and the car was a complete repaint which was not disclosed. Not even sure if we can get the right parts to fix it. BUYER BEWARE.

I have purchased a car since 27th April 2022 and have been told that I will receive the car in my possession in about four weeks. It’s now 29th June 2022 at the time of this review and I have be told that I may not receive my car until approximately 27th July 2022. To be honest the buying process was easy but I when it come for the delivery of your vehicle no one really care after they get your money.

Hi, The car was shipped on the earliest vessel available and there is very limited vessel due to the pandemic if you are aware of that. And due to this reason as well, there is delay in the connecting vessel this causing the delay which is out of our control. And to be fair, we keep communicating with you on TCV platform whenever you got questions about the ETA date, please do not say that nobody cares after receive payment as this is totally NOT TRUE.
