The seller showed a disgraceful lack of professionalism and transparency.The first car I chose at the time of shipping,he found that the gearbox did not work.How to put a car on the site before checking that it works well? The second car that I took from his stock which on the site was written that he had 57,000km, at the time of the reception he was posting 240,000km!The seller explained that he changed the odometer because it was broken.

I received this car in a good condition. I received the original documents but no original Export certificate, only the copy. Now the police authorities cannot allow me to register this car. I have sent this complain several times but I am not getting any help and am now frustrated. Is it possible for me to get the refund and send back this car?

Hi Sir, Glad that you received the car in good condition, i have answered and reply all your questions and mails regarding the Export Certificate and even sent you the notification memo by our Singapore Land Authority that the copy is original. Very good communication and fast shipping. There were a couple of small things I would have liked to known about the car, like I can see it was repainted (the roof at least) and there was a small little ding in the front grill. But then again I never asked. But all in all a positive experience. Would I buy again from Dom Dom? Yes I would.

Of all the cars I bought from TCV, this was the worst but the nice part of it is that the supplier is good and understanding and was there to solve the problem because part of the money was sent back to repair the car. So I can still do business with them and I will recommend others to buy from them

I would like to confirm that i received the vehicle but i have a few complaints to make. left side view mirror folds on its own when driving & same mirror does not fold when i press the button for folding. it could be an electric fault, secondly the windscreen has a crack which was circled by jevic, lastly the front tyres are old i have noticed the tyres behind are good year but the ones infront are different.

The seller, Chris, is a very good man. He is always there to attend to clients, usually even when he is supposed to be sleeping!! He is also patient with clients.i personally pushed him harder but he never at any time showed his emotions to me. Also, when the car arrived, I noted that, somewhere along the way, the rear review mirror was stolen and when I informed Chris about it he expressed sadness and went further to send me a replacent of the part at 100% his cost.
