Hello sir thank you for your message, we always strive to do our best for customer. making sure engine and gearbox is working properly before sending. if you are picking on minor wear and tear details it's not fair to us. This is a 10 year old car, it cannot be in a perfect condition. please don't compare a 10-year-old car condition to a brand-new car. as for spare key - both keys are locked together with a cable tie. i am not sure why the other key is missing. might be the port people stolen it.
