communication was pathetic, had to literally plead to get feedback. changes in schedules would only be communicated when you ask. All a client needs is to be communicated to period. the vehicle came with scratches and dents on the left side. the only thing calming my spirit is interior.. i must admit its clean and i love it. overall, the service was bad.

I am not satisfied with the description the seller put to this car and what it actually is. 1. The paint on the bonnet (hood) is faded and needs to be reworked on. 2. Interior was described as "Very clean interior", yet it is actually peeling on some areas like the steering, and cup holder) 3. The floor carpet for the driver side is missing 4. The pull cover for the trunk area is missing. 5. Front tires were completely worn making transit driving of the car from Mombasa to Kampala very risky.
