The transaction was smooth and quick, the sales person "Miwoo" answered all my questions and provided every photo i needed in a timely fashion. That said, after the purchase the communication derailed a bit...But, later on things got corrected and they started to communicate better and provided all the needed documents. The car was grade 4, it arrived in exactly the same condition as promoted in TCV and as per photos. I am overall very happy with SBI Motor Japan and highly recommend!

Shipment period was very long. I received the item 9 weeks after payment was made. The seller was supposed to tell me all the truth before making payment. My holiday in Burundi did not go well because I didn't have a car to use when I was there in August. I didn't like the service at all.
