The vehicle was in fair condition, and the seller highlighted all issues before sending the vehicle. However, the cd player was removed from the vehicle after sending me pictures. The shipping took quite a long time.

Very good condition Car

The car is great and clean, however there are few defaults which were not mentioned by the dealer during our conversation before purchasing. front suspension, front right bearing and the driver seat were not okay. Otherwise everything was okay. Apart from those issues, it is a very nice and clean car with all accessories and items in it. Good dealers anyways.

Carchs were very good and I would buy again from them. The 2009 Nissan Dualis that we bought came spotless - everyone thinks we bought a brand new car. The only hiccup was making the payment to a Japanese bank from the UK. I had to split the cost and send 2 separate payments a day apart. Then it took almost 4 days to arrive going over the 2 day limit. So, there was a bit of confusion and anxiety, but it was all resolved in the end. We are very happy with our purchase and Carchs service.
