This was NOT My first time doing Business with CARCHS. The First time was a Bit Better. But This time, the car was a Nice looking car on Outside. Inside was Not Dirty, But It WAS NOT Clean Either. CAR HAS STRANGE NOISES COMING FROM UNDERNEATH, Sellers Never Mentioned. They Act Nice UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY!!! THEN..RESPONDING TO You STOPS. If You Have Concerns, They Get VERY RUDE!!! I LOVED CARCHS. VERY First Company I Got a vehicle from on this Site. But I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND To No one!

About reply speed, we mentioned that we receive over 100-200 emails a day. So we may be late replying. On our side there was no noise. You bought for 850$ FOB a 2007 Nissan March, a 7 year old car. The car price was very cheap enough due its condition and over 90,000km mileage. During negotiations, we mentioned you the bad state, and we did not want proceed with sale to you and told you so. because you were expecting higher quality out of this stock.

The salesman company never contacted me except after i asked him via email . I feel disappointed about the delivery period . I was informed my vehicle was departed through the ship starting on 3/10/2013 . However , until today on 22/11/2013 , my vehicle has not arrived yet. Sadly, the salesman did not inform to me what was happened. He just informed my ship will arrive on 04/12/2013.They are too bad service and poor quality management.

Ships dont sail much to Egypt due to turmoil there. And there was only one route via Singapore transfer. your car departed soon after your payment. So we did our best. But if the schedules of transfer did not go as planned due to hurricanes you should not blame us. We also like you were informed of delay after we shipped.

The car was official import by Benz Official Dealer. Year of manufacture is correct on papers ie 2004. Car had only one owner purchased directly from Benz dealership. So it cannot be 2002. the System you are checking is unofficial and may be wrong.

We informed the buyer about the dent of the car on sidestep. The inspector in NZ ordered him to repair it which buyer did not expect. Besides, we sent car documents timely, but buyer picked up the car from port too late which cost him penalties.

The car I paid for had a nice radio and a screen. What I have received just has an ordinary cd player. Am not happy with you. It will be very difficult for me to do business with thou again. Am attaching the photos but they are not showing. I will try again later.

We are sorry we dont know at what time this was removed from the car. We cannot control if the car minor parts get stolen on the way.
