Exchellent!!

Thank so much I got my item in good but the communication with the shipping agents was very poor.I only got to know that the ship had docked, seven days later. On collection of the vehicle I realised the're was no spare wheel and yet it's supposed to be there. The last and final is can I get userguide that written in English because the Japanese one doesn't help in my case. Thank you Richard

I received the same car as described which is very good and you must keep it up. I needed to know that the spare keys would not be available but only found out when the car arrived. This car was as new. Took it for a service at an independent mechanic to check for any issues; only had to change the oil, filters and nothing more. Car is in working order; will be taking it to VW themselves for a proper servicing but I feel confident in the vehicle that I bought. The seller was considerate of my situation and very helpful; quick to communicate and answer questions. I'm a happy buyer and I thank the seller for an excellent car.
