This is my first time buying a car from Japan. Mr Tani was very professional. i am very happy with the car. The only complaint I have is that the clearing agent linked to Paytrade is slow to release the car after clearance at the Port. I had to beg them to release the car quickly because I was about to leave the country.

I would recommend the seller to my friends. On-line communication and shipping was excellent. The only problem I had was that that 3 of the electronic door locks did not work and the head rests for the back seats were not there as well. The mechanic said that the lock motors have gotten old and died as a result. It would have been nice if the seller let me know this in advance.

Hi Selena, One of our mechanics kindly asks you to try something on your VITZ. He said that three locks stopped working because the grease (lubricant) surrounding the locks coagulated (fixed, hardened) because your VITZ is stilling on the boat more than one month. Could you go to your VITZ, close all doors and grab the lock knob by your hand and move all 4 lock knobs up and down several times ? Tani
