please don’t buy a car from this dealer agasta.co Ltd he’s not honest in fact he or she is evil,I asked him a question about the condition of the car he lied to me he didn’t disclose the condition of the car to me,he sold a car that the paint is completely bad all over the top of the car down to the burnet,he used camera to change the pictures that you can not see it on the advert pictures,this is my 6 or 7 times buying car from tcv I have never see something like this,now €700 to spray it

The Seller was not at communicating. They showed no care about the transactions they would not respond for weeks. Delay to ship the item frustrated me. item paid for august on 9th but reached me in November totally unacceptable for a Japanese company 3 months honestly????? Even the documents to be sent to be i had to write bad emails and even got in touch with the TCV team from Zambia who were also lost. The standards have gone down, and you need to improve as this is the worst experience

AVOID. I purchased a 2001 Mazda Roadster from Agasta Co. When it arrived at my port, the vehicle was essentially a biohazard due to extensive mold throughout the vehicle due to an undisclosed and well hidden major rip in the soft top. This took months and thousands of dollars to remedy (and replace the top) Agasta could have mentioned the rip, offered a tarp at my expense to prevent water from entering the vehicle, but instead they rolled the dice, and my vehicle is ruined with no compensation.

Shipper completely messed up the documentation part. Sent to wrong address despite me updating Tradecarview system correctly and me sending several messages to seller to ensure they got it right. Seller very slow to respond to messages after payment was done. All in all can NOT recommend to deal with this seller. There are so many other, better sellers out there.

Hi. I have received this car with electric problem. It ran just for about 10km then the battery icon appeared on the dashboard. after that the ligh deemed and the engine stopped. Diagnosis indicated that the diode on the alternator was brown. We replaced it (worth USD130) then the same case reappeared. I reported instantly to the dealer, without any response so far! Dissappointed, Erasto.
