I have finally received my vehicle. Your ratings are not clear. What does 5 star represent? My vehicle was advertised as year 2002 but the information inscribed on the window shows that it is year 2001. The vehicle arrived in Durban on 10/01/14 instead of the date given of 23/12/13. Supplier refused to cooperate and rudely told me that they are not a shipping company. So their sell ends without the buyer getting his car? Original documents sent via EMS took 1 month eo get to Durban. Stop using EMS.

We bought a mitsubishi Rosa from Nihonsha land co. ltd a 29 seater but we were given a 24 seater Rosa bus and we are very distubed and disappointed because we where not told since they wrote a 26 seater bus. Secondly the papers came very late when the bus had already arrived in Dar es saalam. It was a good business at first, but on the way sthing dificot ws discovd on the m/v at the port of discharge in Dar until z m/v unable to be driven from Dar up to Zambia instead it was lifted. Wen i raised z issue to the seller,it was difficult for them to under stand. Until they had to confirm to the supplier, Its wen they understood the problem. Never the rest i requested some money to be refundered from them and a refund was paid but it took time coz of banks difficult s.
