The Seller indicated in the description that the car came with a spare key. This was one of the reasons I selected this particular vehicle. I did not get spare key. Seller promised to send a blank key for replacement. I got the car in January, it is now the middle of April and the seller is unresponsive. The car is nice but spare key issue and seller’s unresponsiveness have reduced my happiness, especially because getting the key in my country is very expensive!

The car arrived in overall good condition However the brakes and bushes are finished and tires were manufacturered in 2018- 7 yr old tires. When selling a car why should they sell it with finished parts? That is not right!TCV needs to check quality of cars as this car was graded 4 but has such issues and I do not know what other faults might come up.

Please note to release the car from Mombasa Port. Your agent there, AFA Forwarding Agency Limited is demanding USD 23.2 to release cargo to me yet I bought the car CFR Mombasa. I paid for the last car but I will not pay again. Please resolve this demand and also send the Push-start button that is missing in the car. I am very disappointed with your services so far as the issues are never resolved and no one had responded from 21/September /2023.
