I received this vehicle on May 14th and there is a dent on the left rear passenger door. I did not see the on the photos of the car when i decided to buy the car. How do I make an insurance claim since this damage occured during shipment? I reported the damage to the shipping agent here in Nassau but was told I had to contact the seller in Japan.

Am very greatful I received my car in good condition as described before shipping. I would like to thank Kalu in particular for all his efforts in responding to my requests though he failed to respond to one when I requested for the pictures of the down view.
