I was not happy that the car did not come with a trunk cover as was promised and the clearing agent was not helpful either. Please find a way to seal loopholes. Where the buyer is willing to pay for additional accessories, try as much as possible to assist and also quote realistic prices. It should be mandatory for sellers to include engine number in addition to chassis number under vehicle description. BeForward is already doing this. I still feel secure using tradecarview.
