There was poor communication with the seller and delay in sending the documents.The ship arrived on 17th April,2016 and he sent the documents after.I had to pay the storage charges of $168 for 5 days,so i need the refund because it was not my fault.

As soon as the seller sent the documents, they stopped communicating up now and the chart is still saying that the buyer is waiting for the shipment of original documents when the vehicle has arrived. The engine light for the vehicle is still on despite changing oils and other check ups, hope I wasnt given a rotten engine. God help me

Horrible!!! Advertised 2006 model but sent a 2004 model. The paperwork didn't match and this caused delays at customs.The unit arrived untidy and had damage that wasn't clearly identified/shown in pictures. I certainly won't be buying from them again.

the seller is a liar, the car had no oil, had engine problems, they didnt degas, once they got the money they stop replying, car was full of dirt and in poor condition, they didnt send the papers and I had to pay storage at the port and extra $1300. I will never recommend P-Nats seller. selfish liars!!
