on all the above aspects the seller was at his best.however i have a bad experience since i paid the seller usd 400 for inspection and despite the fact that it was included in the contract/invoice found it right to ship without doing the inspection. consequently i have incurred a penalty and inspection costs kes 52,900 equivalent to usd 620. RECEIVED VEH WITH GEAR NOISE AND NOT SO GOOD BRAKING SYSTEM - you have to pump brakes 3 times to stop.
