VALUE PLANNER CO.,LTD is a very bad company.My Toyota Gaia car arrived without a CD Player,finished tyres, damaged shocks and finished car battery.The company could not do JEVIC inspection as agreed during negotiations.The all team is conducting a day light robbery to customers.I suggest that Tradecarview ban them from advertising on their website.I want to warn other customers not to make a mistake to buy vehicles from this company which is full of thieves and liers.
