The VALUE PLANNER did not made the inspection BECAUSE they knew that the car that they sold to me was not in condition.The engine was openned, the car is not working well.The certificate is FAKE. I am grateful with this client. I am very particular on where and from whom to buy Volkswagens from because of the mechanical sensitivity. Value Planner assure me on the car and I thought twice before making the decision to buy from them. I was so nervousness as I waited for the car... We received the car, My major complaint was about the negotiation process, it is wrong for one to remove the inspection service and make it look like you gave discount, especially if the buyer enabled the inspection option. At least the seller has to be clear what they are reducing, otherwise, The car didnot show pictures of inner bonnet and under the car, it had a lot of rust, required extra 450USD to fix, but it runs well. Client is ok

Am yet to receive the car but hope that I will like it when it comes.
