I was got a vehicle that has a security code to operate the radio and the security code nor the owners manual was shipped with the car. I am reaching out to at least get the security code to access the radio. I need the serial number for the radio, but I didn’t get a manual and the number is not in the glove compartment. I will now have to pay extra money to get the radio working or have a new one installed. This was a selling point, but I am not getting any help from the seller.

Vehicle had some rust issues that were not disclosed. They required welding in panel repairs under the windshield and welding fresh metal in sections of the frame and tailgate area. The amount of surface rust is requiring a complete repaint of the exterior. Although, I am capable of repairing these issues, I would not have bought this vehicle if I were aware of these problems.
