The car shipped had mechanical issues despite a reassurance from TradeCar View that the car is a grade 4.5 with no malfunction. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING

I received this car in bad condition. The car wasn't able to start or move when I got it from the port and a/c was NOT working. I'm hoping my next car would not be like this one. Also hope the Sales Agent would PROVIDE me with more information rather than just trying to get a quick sale.

1.The Car I received was fitted with a completely/totally different set of mag-wheels. The wheel spanner which was meant for the wheels advertised can not fit or be usable on the fitted wheels. even the tyres are different. Why did you do such a bad thing. 2. The Left side rear window vertical seal is missing. 3. The Napolex Alarm on off Gadget or unit is missing. The only thing left hanging is the connecting cable.

There was no smart key with the last car we purchased even though they advertised it. The offered a discount off the next car but how do you know if you really get the discount. Also there were a lot of bumps and dents not shown on the website'photos. The quality from Real is falling.

the seller took a while to ship the vehicle and in addition to the the documents that the seller ship did not come translated although the seller knew that my country is English speaking. i don't appreciate how the seller was almost non-responsive after they received the money from me.
