Communication and response to emails of the buyer was perfect. More work is required on vehicle maintenance and replacement of worn-out parts to avoid the buyer from getting stuck when the agent is delivering the car is key. Receiving the vehicle and replacing several parts at once like i am doing is not good.

This transaction has been stressful and traumatic, emotionally and financially (more than $3016US out of pocket). Vechile purchase was falsely advertised. The Manager apologied for conveniences caused but still not willing to reimburse the funds I used to repair the Hyundai Veloster. Today 31/08/22 I contacted TVC for support and help. I was told, "We may not be able to solve the minor problems.Highly appreciate your understanding and thank you for your patience."

The seller paint the car but didn't make any mechanics réparation and didn't communicate me on the issue. So the car arrived with lot of mechanics issues and répaed it at around 50% of car CIF value. I complaint directly to him. I was abliged to sell it a loss. Thanks
