Worst customer service I have ever experienced. After making payment this guy is completely aloof. Documents sent via DHL to a different phone number. Decided to book the last possible ship, keeping me on edge as the car wouldn't have been allowed into Kenya had it just been a few hours later. Terrible terrible company and customer service. Zero recommendation. If you want to cry tears, go ahead.

Seller was taking to long to respond to messages

Do I just had a chance to wash the car and the paint was very faded. The pictures that were used in the listing does not represent the current condition of the car. It’s not fair to do that with a customer. The pictures that were used in the listing the car looks really good but in reality the paint on the car is really faded and the car colour looks brown when it should have been white. Why do business l like this? I can’t trust you to make a purchase. This is not good.

It took three months to receive the vehicle. I had challenges with communication. Messages were never replied and i had to be persistent.

The transaction was seamlessly smooth and conducted very professionally and passionately

the overall transaction process was smooth and quite efficient , highly recommend
