Very happy with my purchase experience with TCV! Simple, efficient and flawless! :) I wish I can buy all cars from you but it is very difficult the process once the car arrives to the port in America. Getting the van registered once it arrives to the USA so far its been a nightmare. So far waiting for one more appointment with the Department of Motor Vehicles to get it finally registered in California. My transaction went smooth though it coincided with long public holidays of about 10 days that made me so nervous. In the end there was a long wait for booking shipment which also looked unbearable. Eventually the car was booked for shipment and I received it within the schedule that was communicated by the seller. As the seller realized that I was so nervous, he made an effort to reach me through phone just to give me assurance about the shipment. And this was a sign of a good customer care which I really appreciated about the seller. I mentioned to him in my feedback too. Now I have my car and I enjoy it as it runs well as I expected . I recommend to others that TCV is a perfect platform to consider when buying cars . No struggle and all is perfectly managed. Laurent
