Level of Satisfaction 2.0
The Tradecarview offers a good platform for buyers and sellers to do business. However, my experience with Real Motor Japan was pathetic. Soon after making the money transfer and Real Motor acknowledging receipt, there was total silence from them despite repeated messages . This only changed after complaining through Customer Care Service. In addition, I was given a name of the ship on electronic B/L different from the one the van was loaded on. So I kept tracking a wrong ship sailing to the Caribean instead of East Africa. Being out of my country and the hard copies of B/L received but had to acquire an air ticket to travel at the time when ship was docking. In conclusion, the duty of some companies under Tradecarview to buyers is only good up to the time money is transacted. After that, the buyer is on his/her own whatever happens. However, the Customer Care is very helpful and are the reason I grade my satisfaction as neutral, otherwise it is negative.
