Good selection of cars and buying process but paytrade is a waste of extra money as stafff at tradecarview can not help if the car arrives damaged. Slow communication and not willing to help

My experience with Tradecarview was excellent. I think that the way the client and the buyer communicate can be improved, taking into account any time zone difference. The company also should invest in giving the client a gift for purchasing a vehicle. EG. T-shirt, calculator, pens, mouse pad, things along this line. Thanks Marva Mackey

I recently bought a 2006 Lexus Gs300 from CARMASTER of Singapore through TRADECARVIEW with a mileage of 60,000 kilometers.The car was delivered to dare salaam and arrived in Zambia on the day I was leaving for the U K.I have now returned and gone through the car and I am amazed at the condition of the car and the general tidiness.It is really an amazing car,powerful and almost silent inside when you are cruising.Great buy.

In the end we were not happy with this purchase. The vehicle itself runs fine. However, it arrived with a dent in the back that had not been disclosed, bald tires that needed immediate replacing, and only one key. And when we tried to communicate with seller about these issues (especially the key issue, as it is difficult in Tanzania to get another key made) the seller stopped communicating completely . . . after we paid, we never heard from them again. We do not recommend this seller. And tradecarview was no help, they told us we needed to contact the seller and deal with them regarding our issues. Which we tried to do, but, as described, the seller stopped communicating with us.
