Was generally fine. The condition of the car was generally as I expected except for what I could not clearly see in the picture like lack of jack and tool kit, lack of aerial for radio. While it was my first time to buy a car online, I found the process easy to follow up and informative.

The seller of the 1st car I paid for was shifty, as he had substituted the car advertised on the site and supplied me a different chassis number. I called customer care & spoke to Justina who was very attentive& helpful. She managed to hold the funds by not confirming the payment, assisted me to cancel the transaction. I was then able to look for another car (the car I currently own), & once I was satisfied, only then was my payment confirmed to the new seller.I was impressed by tradecarview.com as they have in place efficient controls where the customer is protected from fraudulent/unscrupulous sellers.The transaction with the new seller Mr Osita (Matel Trading) went very smoothly, the car is as advertised, very clean, runs well and all parts were intact. Just has started with Tradecarview recently in October last year. Have ordered two items as a truck and a car. Truck has been received by the consignee in Tonga and he was so impressed and appreciated with the service and happy with the quality. The car has been paid and the vessel will arrive in Tonga on the 27th this month.
