I am very satisfied with my purchase and the support and assurance I received from the car agent throughout; I will recommend you and that agency to anyone; they are efficient and professional. My only drawback is that neither my radio or DVD is working and i understand the situation with the radio as the Japanese stations range doesn't cover my territory. I wish though that there was some translation to the Japanese manual to help guide me along. That notwithstanding, the vehicle so far is true to its advertisement
