My only issue with tradecarview is that the live support does not have the resources to deal with issues customers have with purchases. The mail us option has a slow response time. It would be better to have live chat that can deal with these issues immediately. Tradecarview is easy to use, the search was easy to use. The security is reassuring and there is a wide variety of vehicles, brands and suppliers. I would purchase from tradecarview again.

WELL IAM ENJOYING DRIVING MY FORD FREDA, VERY COMFORTABLE AND RUNS GREAT. THE ONLY THING WHICH IS MISSING IS THE NAVIGATOR DEVICE, WHEN I WAS PURCHESING IT WAS INTACT, BUT WHEN IT ARRIVED THE ITEM WAS NOT THERE. THAT PAINS ME BECAUSE ITS ONE OF THE THINGS WHICH ATTRACTED MY ATTENTION. IT WAS GOOD TO EVEN RECEIVE MANUAL BOOKS BECAUSE THEY ARE OF GREAT IMPOTANCE, HOWEVER, ICAN HARDLY USE THEM BECAOUSE IAM NOT FAMILIAR WITH JAPANIES LANGUAGE, I WOULD BE VERY HAPPY IF YOU COULD SEND ME THE ONES WRETTEN IN ENGLISH.THE PICTURE WILL COME LATTER.
