The transaction was ok. I just want to make a suggestion that you make JEVIC inspection compulsory. This is because we are are made to pay penalty fees here when we import cars without JEVIC inspection.

Trade car view provided better services right from the enquiry, helpline and purchasing of the car. PayTrade was good as it ensured that the purchased car was the one which was actually shipped. However, the Local clearing agent at Dar es Salaam, Tanzania needs to improve on communication. The Local clearing agent must give customers updates on the shipment including times of vessel arrival and delivery to the border. It was frustrating to travel to the border without getting contacts of the person delivering the car. Honestly, I regretted using your local clearing agent and wished I had find my own. Thanks.
