I bought a car from Avenue Corporation through your site and and the crucial reason that I chose the vehicle was because it was listed as 'no accident' and 'looks and runs great'. The vehicle that they sent was obviously in a a very serious accident and partially repaired and will cost almost $10,000 for repairs. Both the seller and your company have your own set of excuses and the vehicle remains in storage after almost 3 months. Yet despite knowing about this incident you still have the company on your site thereby enabling them to defraud other customers. Why?

I was pleased that my transaction with Trade carview was very safe and secure. Although the seller did a full check of my vehicle for US 300 dollars. The car arrived in New Zealand with a damaged window with the enitire window mechanism not working on the drivers side. Due to heavy rains the water entered the vehicle. I spent another US $ 400 to fix this problem.

Tradecarview should among others, consider adding Car Status/Tracker (on website via email account) on the purchased vehicle. This should be updated as and when necessary to help customers know whether booking of ship or loading and departure of the ship has taken place. This will also reduce the anxiety in customers on the status of the purchased cars after tradecarview confirms receipt of the money.
